The Opportunity

We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern who is organized, communicates clearly, and wants to learn how AI-powered products are delivered to customers. You will be the primary interface between our customers and the development team — ensuring projects stay on track, requirements are understood, and nothing falls through the cracks.

You will work across areas such as:

• Coordinating between customers and the internal engineering team
• Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
• Communicating status, blockers, and updates to stakeholders
• Working closely with the Product Manager to clarify requirements and priorities
• Supporting the sales team with customer communications and follow-ups
• Helping organize demos, meetings, and documentation
• Identifying and escalating risks or issues early
• Contributing to process improvements as the team grows

The exact projects and responsibilities will evolve as the company and customer base grow. This role offers broad exposure across product, engineering, sales, and customer operations.

Prior experience with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, Trello, etc.), customer communication, or working in a technical environment is a plus, but not required.

Internship Structure — Graduates

The internship is for 6 months. Candidates who have completed their studies are expected to work 40 hours per week throughout the internship.

Internship Structure — Current Students

Phase 1 — Part-Time: 15–20 hours/week

Flexible scheduling designed to accommodate college classes, assignments, and examinations.

Phase 2 — Full-Time: 40 hours/week

Transition to a full-time internship schedule, with reasonable consideration for the candidate's final-semester academic and project requirements, where applicable.

Stipend

A stipend will be provided throughout the internship and will be based on the applicable part-time or full-time engagement.

Opportunity for Full-Time Employment

The internship is designed to provide an opportunity to grow with Pactorize. Depending on business needs and available full-time positions, interns who demonstrate strong performance, ownership, and a good fit with the team would be considered for a full-time role upon completion of the internship. The long-term role can evolve in multiple directions based on your strengths and interests — including customer success, technical sales, solutions engineering, or project management.
